Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
LapisVerve offers multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 3-15 business days
Processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times begin when your order leaves our warehouse.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Track your package through our website or the carrier's tracking system.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have special shipping requirements:
- Art supplies containing liquids may have ground shipping restrictions
- Certain decorative items may require special packaging
- International shipments of computer accessories may be subject to additional regulations
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. Unclaimed packages will be refunded minus original shipping costs.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
During peak seasons (November-January), processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing holiday orders by December 10th for standard shipping to ensure delivery by December 24th.
